Custom-built broadcast-quality studio
I work from a fully soundproofed, custom-built home studio, delivering broadcast-quality audio. Standard delivery includes professionally edited files ready for production use, with additional audio processing available where required by the brief.
My primary microphone is the industry-standard Neumann TLM 103, widely-trusted for voiceover and vocal recording. This delivers audio files with low self-noise, high SPL handling, combined with a modern sound, making it ideal for commercial and corporate work.
Recordings are captured through an SSL 2+ MK II audio interface, featuring 32-bit/192 kHz converters, high-performance microphone preamps, with 64 dB of gain, and SSL’s renowned Legacy 4K analogue enhancement mode.
Live directed sessions
Whether you prefer pre-recorded delivery or a live-directed session, I can accommodate both. Sessions can be hosted via Cleanfeed, Source-Connect, Microsoft Teams or Zoom, allowing producers, writers and clients to direct in real time and achieve exactly the result they’re looking for.
Professional editing and delivery
Every recording is carefully quality checked before delivery, to ensure consistent levels, clarity and technical accuracy. Final files are supplied clean and ready for production, with unnecessary pauses and dead air removed, to make the editing process as smooth as possible.
